Drawing inspiration from Creole flavors, our menu reflects a love for upscale comfort food and from-scratch cooking. Our in-house smoker is the heart of our kitchen, infusing homemade sausages, seasonal small plates, and hearty entrées with a delicious smokiness. Our charcuterie and sausages are a labor of love, made in house and filled with flavor that only comes from artisanal craftsmanship. We source our ingredients locally and seasonally from the rich bounty of the Midwest whenever possible.
